Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for providing wide varieties of secretarial & administrative support, including organizing and coordinating meetings, business conferences and travel arrangements (hotel and flight bookings) to the senior management
  • Liaise with external parties and internal staff for the organizational and social functions/meetings of the management on dynamic schedule
  • Providing prompt reminders to the management on their schedules or important tasks
  • Collating and submitting expenses claims and reports for the management
  • Maintaining and enhancing administrative process/systems (i.e. travel arrangement, expense protocols, internal documents preparation etc) in adherence to company policy and guidelines
  • Work cohesively with other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned 


  • Degree / Diploma holder or above with Minimum 3 years in secretarial and administrative position
  • Experience in handling travel arrangement and office admin
  • Possess outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
  • Able to work across all levels and layers of the organization within a fast-paced and challenging environment, and work independently with minimum supervisions
  • Good telephone manners and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Patience, hardworking, and initiative
  • Proficient in spoken Chinese and English
