Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration services for the department and the Company;Review and formulate administrative policy and procedure;
  • Handle all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently
  • Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services;
  • Participate in Ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

 

  • Form 5 or above with formal secretarial or Administration training;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and with at least 2 years in supervision level
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese & Mandarin;
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
