Admin & Receptionist - MNC (Fortune 500 Company)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of administrative support such as office supplies procurement, payment process, filing system, office renovation projects, etc.;
  • Perform general receptionist duties such as operation of telephone system, greeting visitors, dealing with incoming and outgoing fax, courier and mailing;
  • Handle travel arrangement air-ticket, hotel booking and insurance purchasing;
  • Control administrative cost, negotiate and co-ordinate with suppliers regarding purchasing and maintenance;
  • Maintain tidiness, safety and security working environment;
  • Assist to organize the office events;
  • Perform ad-hoc projects & assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma graduates or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.;
  • At least 1-3 years relevant experience in MNC preferred;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Proficient skill and knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • Attention to details, self-motivated, proactive and good team player;
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent telephone and reception skills and manner;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Immediate available is preferred.
