Admin /Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Operations Department and warehouse, e.g. issue purchase order, invoice and follow up an order delivery
-Handle sales order and shipment arrangement
-Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues
-Maintain proper filing system
-Handle ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
-Form 5/DSE or above
-At least 3 years working experience in administration or related experience
-Proficient in Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
-Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese of Mandarin
-Strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skill
-Ability to work under deadlines and work independently
-Work on 5.5 days a week (Alternative Saturday)
-Immediate available is preferable
