Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotations and other sales documentation e.g. invoice;
  • Responding to customer enquiries on related administrative matters, such as delivery dates;
  • Sales order processing;
  • Maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of sales systems;
  • Offload Sales & Operation Team by doing administrative work as applicable;
  • Coordinate with Internal & External Parties for order / job arrangement;
  • Ad hoc projects and work assignments as determined by Sales Manager.

Requirement:

  • F. 6;
  • 1 year experience /fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written;
  • Positive & can-do attitude, good customer service skills;
  • Detail minded, sensitive to figures;
