  • Perform day to day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Handling data entry, filing, file scanning, contract arrangement, etc.
  • Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting and auditing process
  • Handling Photocopying the cheques; depositing cheques for income & expense; following up after deposit
  • Support in daily office administration activities
  • Perform ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by supervisor


  • Form 5 / DSE or above with LCCI Level II
  • At least 2 year working experience in accounting field
  • Knowledge of MYOB is advantage
  • Good PC skill of MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Detail-minded***, independent & self-motivated
