Job Descriptions:

  • Provide general administrative supports to HR, Training & Legal Department
  • Responsible for reception duties including handle incoming calls, distribute incoming fax & correspondences, arranging daily courier services, greet guests and assist meeting room setup
  • Order office supplies, sundries & stationary
  • Handle office equipment maintenance & office cleanliness
  • Co-ordinate staff benefit programme
  • Organize staff activities
  • Prepare various HR reports and perform ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good telephone manner, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Pleasant, polite, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Immediate available preferred

Working Location: Hong Kong Science Park, Tai Po, N.T.
