  • Responsible for various general office administration activities such as procurement on office supplies, printing, maintenance of office furniture & fixtures and office renovation, etc.
  • Maintain service administrative on payment and provide general administration support
  • Assist in the coordination with contractors and suppliers & price comparison
  • Liaise with other departments for daily operation matters
  • Responsible for data entry and documents filing
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required


  • F.5  or above
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office central administration, procurement of office supplies
  • Experience in repair, maintenance, leasing and renovation projects is preferable
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to be multi-tasking, independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Pleasant, customer oriented and well-organized
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
