ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (5-DAY WORK)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of general administration support including document filing, invoice vetting, membership renewal, etc.
  • Maintain and update the records in the Central Filing System in timely manner
  • Perform safety inspection and ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Assist in data consolidation and prepare periodic reports 
  • Perform reception duties when necessary
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and various administrative projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in sizable companies
  • Detail-oriented, sensitive to numbers and receptive to new ideas
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills
