Our client is Top Urgently looking for suitable candidate for the below position :

Kwai Hing near MTR station ( Salary : 13-15K)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide office administration services to the Company.
  • Coordinate and administer purchasing activities and pursue optimal inventory management.
  • To build up and maintain good filing system for the Company.
  • Support to the Sales team and CS team in daily operations.
  • Responsible for Tradelink Customer Declaration and shipping document.
  • To accomplish ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Form 5 or above
  • Min. 1-2 years solid working experience in office administration field, with handling shipping document knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing (Quick, Changjie).
  • Immediate available is preferred.
