Administration Assistant (Administration Department)

We are now inviting high caliber candidates to fill the following position.


  • Handle communication, general administration and reception duties;
  • Co-ordinate and manage meeting arrangement, appointment and travel itinerary/ bookings/visa
  • Procurement of office supplies and stationery;
  • Responsible for office administration management including office renovation & maintenance, office supply management, etc;
  • Diary management for the senior management;
  • Provide secretarial support for senior management, update documentation, information database, records and systems;
  • Handle project administration, document coordination and filing;
  • Providing full secretarial support including prepare letters, minutes and contract in English and Chinese is a must;
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as required.


  • Degree or Diploma holder in Administration with formal secretarial training;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in office administration or financial services field
  • Mature, self-motivated, well-organized and responsible with good inter-personal skills, multi-task, capable to work in team environment is a must
  • Good time management
  • Be a problem-solver, initiative, enthusiastic and can work independently
  • Responsible, diligent with high commitment at works
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin is a must
  • Immediate available is preferred
