  • Prepare correspondences, documents, presentation materials and meeting papers for the Manager
  • Coordinate/schedule meetings and appointments for the Manager
  • Provide clerical and administrative support 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • DSE/high Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • A team player with positive attitude
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
