Administration Assistant (Contract)

Ping An Bank Company Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clerical duties and general office administrative supports;
  2. Perform general reception duties including answering enquiries, taking messages, guest greeting in professional manners and handling meeting room booking;
  3. Provide support in driving through projects;
  4. Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirement:

  1. Degree holder in any discipline;
  2. 1-2 years working experience is preferable; fresh graduates / IANG are also welcome;
  3. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking;
  4. Independent, detail-minded and well-organized;
  5. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline;
  6. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  7. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  8. Immediate available preferred.
