Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR Department, especially training function
  • Assist in coordination of internal & external training programs
  • Coordinate the mandatory e-learning, onboard training curriculum & refresher training
  • Maintain and update training related records
  • Support and coordinate the wellness programs and staff relations activities
  • Perform ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

  • DSE graduate or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources or Administrative field is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Applications, especially Excel
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and a good team player
