Handle tender and procurement for stationery and office supplies
Prepare petty cash and expenses reimbursement reports
Manage mails and courier service
Allocate jobs for office assistants and supervise their performance
Support reception duties when required
Assist to promote and implement green practices
Diploma or above in any disciplines
At least 1 year’s relevant experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
Open-minded to new ideas, and a flexible approach to problem-solving
Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate with people at all levels, and confidence and willingness to interact effectively with senior management and expatriates
A team player who can also work independently
