Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round office administrative support
  • Ensure all office equipment are in order
  • Liaise with BMO on office cleaning services
  • Handle tender and procurement for stationery and office supplies
  • Prepare petty cash and expenses reimbursement reports
  • Manage mails and courier service
  • Allocate jobs for office assistants and supervise their performance
  • Support reception duties when required
  • Assist to promote and implement green practices

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Open-minded to new ideas, and a flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels, and confidence and willingness to interact effectively with senior management and expatriates
  • A team player who can also work independently
