Administration Assistant / Officer

Job description and responsibilities :
 - Interview and staff on board paperwork preparation
 - Update database in the attendance system
 -  Review staff allowance and monthly reimbursement
 - Company car insurance and other documentation
 - General I.T. Support and procurement
 - Office supplies procurement
 - Co-ordinate company events & staff activities
 - Filing and keeping the documents in appropriate places
 - Perform outdoor duties such as document delivery, bank-in cheque, guest pickup occasionally, etc.
 - Providing administration supports when requested
 
Job requirements :
- Certificate or above in any discipline
- 2 years relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, independent, diligent and responsible
- Ongoing driving experience and willing to drive company car for outdoor duties
