Administration Assistant / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and general reception duties
  • Handling incoming phone calls, courier/mail arrangements and fax services
  • Preparing for meetings, conferences, functions and events
  • Inventory control and maintenance of office equipments, pantry and cleanliness of the office (including conference rooms)
  • Assisting in all administration work as well as maintaining proper records of documentation and correspondences.
  • Assisting in handling the telecommunication and IT system
  • Assisting in handling employee reimbursement claims
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

     

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with at least 1-2 years' relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent command of PC skills (MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude, hardworking, meticulous and responsible
  • A good team player
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
