Administration Assistant / Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Responsible for general reception and administrative support;
  • Greeting guests, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails and courier services;
  • Responsible for filing and documentation tasks ;
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of the conference rooms;
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above;
  • 3-4 years’ Receptionist or Administration experience;
  • Experience in Banking and Finance would be an advantage;
  • Good presentation and communication skill;
  • Capable of working in a fast-moving environment;
  • Detail mind and initiative;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
