  • Perform general reception, including handling incoming calls and enquires and taking messages
  • Responsible for daily postage and couriers (incoming & outgoing document)
  • Provide administrative support including filing, updating documents and faxing
  • Assist in coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist in sourcing and liaise with vendors
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary


  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 3-5 years in receptionist, customer service or administration field
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Polite telephone manner, strong communication skill
  • Independent, mature, well-organized and detail-minded
