Administration Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the general office administrative duties

2. Handle the staff expenses reimbursement, attendance records & medical claims

3. Data entry, documents scanning and filing

4. Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required

5. Outdoor working is required (going to bank and branch offices…etc.)

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above

2. 1 year relevant working experience in office administration

3. Fresh graduate will also be considered

4. Proficiency in MS Office applications

5. Well-organized, self-motivated, hard-working and good communication skills

6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

7. Immediate available will be an advantage
