Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of office administration functions
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries
  • Assist in budget monitoring and keep proper record on all expenses
  • Prepare report and data for management review
  • Work on ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
  • General administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in office administration (also welcome fresh graduates)
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
