Administration Assistant

  • Manage end-to-end vendor invoice payment process
  • Organize large amounts of invoices and resolve any errors or discrepancies
  • Review and verify invoice information with project owners
  • Prepare Payment Vouchers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure Payment Vouchers are accurate and routed quickly for approval
  • Maintain financial records of scanned invoices with full supporting documents
  • Keep track of invoice payments status and follow through completion
  • Correspond with vendor inquiries and rectify accounts payable issues


  • Attention to high level of detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Results-oriented and strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Invoice Management tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
