Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative work
  • Ensure the provision of supplies within budget, maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needs of supplies
  • Perform administrative duties including but not limited to filing, binding, scanning, preparation of documents and liaising with suppliers
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good organization, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and react with change
  • Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
