Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone enquiries, complaints and input CRM system records
  • Liaise with clients and frontline staff to ensure the smoothness of operations, and follow up all aspects of projects
  • Prepare quotations and contract, billing documents, reports etc
  • Assist superior in other administrative works and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years experiences in administrative works
  • Detail-minded, Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, able to work overtime and work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese & English
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
