Job responsibilities:

  • Provide office administration support in high quality and professional manner;
  • Prepare monthly expenses & budget reports for HK & PRC representative offices;
  • Responsible for departmental bills settlement procedures & petty cash management;
  • Maintain a well-organized filling system;
  • Provide back up support to reception.

Job requirements :

  • Diploma or above;
  • Min 1 year of solid experiences in office administration;
  • Figures sensitive, well organized, attention to details, proative with can-do attitude is a MUST;
  • Pleasant personality, diplomatic, with professional communication skills;
  • Good English & Mandarin;
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing).
