Administration Assistant

 Responsibilities:

 

  • To handle receptionist duties;
  • To carry out office administrative duties and general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, and procurement of stationery and office supplier, maintenance of  office equipment, filing and printing.. etc.
  • To handle travel and hotel arrangements;
  • To assist recreation and charity activities;
  • To provide support to daily operation of HR aspects, such as maintain leave record, medical claims and  assist in the recruitment process;   
  • To back up office assistant and willing to work outdoor as when required;
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  

Requirements:

 

  • DSE or above;
  • At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in general office administration;
  • Pleasant, detail oriented, organized, flexible  and hardworking;
  • Well-organized, proactive, independent and be self-driven to handle a multi-task environment; 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
