Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties such as greeting guest and answering phone calls
  • Responsible for mailing & courier services, office supplies and stationery ordering, attendance records and meeting room arrangement, etc.
  • Providing clerical and administration supports to HRA Department
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required


  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year clerical experience is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinses Word Processing
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
