Perform general receptionist duties such as greeting guest and answering phone calls
Responsible for mailing & courier services, office supplies and stationery ordering, attendance records and meeting room arrangement, etc.
Providing clerical and administration supports to HRA Department
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Diploma or above
1 year clerical experience is preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinses Word Processing
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Five-day work per week
