The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full spectrum of office administration functions, monitoring and following up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance service, organize and maintain good filing system, assisting in the preparation of monthly reports with progress updates and handling ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.7 or Diploma Holder
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid office administration experience, preferably in sizable organization
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Hand on experience in keeping stock is an advantage
  • Mature, strong initiative and able to work independently
