Administration Assistant

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full range of office administrative duties including office housekeeping and maintenance, renovation and relocation, security and safety, etc.
  • Assist in formulating office administration procedures
  • Manage office procurement including vendor sourcing, selection and evaluation
  • Coordinate with other administration staff including Messenger, Receptionist, Guard and Cleaner etc.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external parties such as building management office, service contractors and suppliers
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE or above
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Hands-on experience in administrative task and some Personnel & IT knowledge preferable
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
  • Highly proficient in MS applications, especially in Excel (Pivot table, lookup functions or Macro/ VBA)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
