Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support in HR and office administration functions including staff attendance, leave management, expenses reimbursement, facilities maintenance, stationery and pantry supplies
  • Travel arrangement in flight ticket booking and insurance
  • Oversee reception & waiting area and pantry
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a polite manner
  • Handle incoming, outgoing mails and distribution
  • Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms and pantries
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
  • Responsible for outdoor work of deliveries / pickups
  • Participate in any ad-hoc tasks as required, including HR & President’s Office

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent, fresh graduate will be considered
  • Polite, good communication, strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Office include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
