Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for purchasing activities, including but not limited to review tender document, manage purchase order & contract and monitor work handling for compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Assist in office administration duties to maintain good coordination work in daily operations
  • Perform the role of headquarter support to assigned regions
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or above in related fields
  • 1 year working experience in purchasing / office administration / related
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Independent and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people in all levels
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good in MS application in English and Chinese
