Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to project team for project related documents.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and tender bidding documents and proposal, and to prepare analysis report.
  • Responsible for general contract administration and handle services inquiries.
  • Responsible for data entry, maintain System records and general office administration works. 
  • Handling worker's attendance, employment contract, and HR documents for project related.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Horticultural Studies, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • With experience in a large-scale company, hands-on experience in project administration is a plus. Fresh Graduated are also welcome.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and, fast Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
