My client, a retail company, is looking for an Administration Assistant/Administration Clerk/ Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry and filing
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, arrange courier
  • Handle procurement and stock control of stationery and office supplies.
  • Provide support to company events and activities
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates will also considered
  • Well-organized, detail-orientated, patient, polite and punctual
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 5 days work

Working location: Central
