Perform administrative duties, including name card and stationery orders and arrange daily in-house document delivery
Provide assistance to branches for all administration enquiries
Handle and follow up head office & branches’ renovation & maintenance related matters
Assist in ad-hoc administration projects
Diploma education or above
Preferably with 1 year’s relevant experience in administration aspect
Detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility
Good command of Chinese and English
