Administration clerk (2 year contract)

USC Power Limited

USC Power Limited is an Electrical Engineering firm and specialized into industrial product (UPS, Charger , Central Battery System ) in Hong Kong and Macau. We have installation, repair and maintenance team. Customers are mainly Telecom companies, HK Government Department and Utilities. We seek for highly motivated candidate to expand the market.

Main job duties :

  • Administration work in Facility Management (dept name is SRE)
  • Back up reception & OA duties
  • Distribution of access control cards for new staff / staff card printing & recharge payment for card printing to respective department
  • Service orders placed with telephone system service provider
  • Raise of Purchase Request for renovation works / follow up of goods receipt & invoice payment
  • Creation of vendor & customer masters documentation
  • Follow up maintenance works for office & pantry equipments
  • Ad hoc tasks, like clerical tasks to be assigned by superiors
  • Follow up of office modification works
  • Work in Kwun Tong Office


  • Essential for fluent speaking and written in Chinese / English
  • Basic PC knowledge Excel, Word, and power point,..etc
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Preferably immediate available
  • 5 days work, Working hour 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (Monday – Friday), may subject to rearrangement
  • Willing to work Overtime job for renovation work sometime and will be compensated by pay leave
