l Assist in preparing business correspondence, tenders, quotations, purchasing orders, etc
l Maintain relationships between suppliers, Customer and internal parties
l Follow up purchase orders with vendors
l Administrative and clerical support to Finance & Admin Dept
l Assist in ad hoc projects as required
l Form 7 or above
l Relevant working experience is preferable
l Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
l Good communication skills, able to work under pressure
l Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
l Immediately available preferred
