Administration Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • General office routine work and clerical duties
  • Handle wages and payroll
  • Assist in handling correspondence
  • To follow-up and prepare orders, quotation, tender documents etc.
  • Assist ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with minimum 1years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Pass in English, Chinese and Mathematics in HK public examination.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good typing skill in both English and Chinese word processing.
  • With knowledge of computer operation including Outlook Express and MS Office.

Right candidate works 5.5 days per week (off on alternate Saturday), medical insurance provided.
