Job Responsibilities:

- Handling office admin duties (Stationery; food & drink ordering)

- Handling data entry, filing, file scanning, contract arrangement, etc.

- Handling Accounts Receivable/ Payable and liaise with clients, inter-company billing

- Handling Photocopying the cheques; depositing cheques for income & expense; following up after deposit

- Handling monthly statement, monthly sales report

- Handling full sets of account independently

- Arranging local & overseas courier and shipment (preparing waybills, commercial invoices & packing lists)

- Handling HR work

- Handling distribution of local and overseas products/documents

- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and duties

 

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above with at least 1 years relevant working experience

- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Pleasant personality with good telephone manner

- Self initiative, punctual, good communication and organization skills

- Can do attitude
