Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative duties, including but not limited to office supplies procurement & stock control, facilities maintenance, mailing, hotel & air/train ticket reservation, company car arrangement etc.
  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Support cargo claims handling
  • Support various administrative duties and clerical work
  • Perform ad-hoc clerical support to other departments when required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of rules & regulations in freight forwarding and logistics industry is preferred
  • Self-motivated with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
