Provide all-round office administration support;
Assist Administration Officer on day-to-day office activities;
Handle phone calls, report updating, filing and document submission;
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Form 5 or above, preferably with tertiary qualification;
Minimum 2 year's relevant working experience of clerical support;
Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications;
Good telephone manner, positive and can-do attitude, effective communication of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
