  • Support & assist team members on clerical and administrative works (i.e. scanning, photocopying, fax transmittal, phone enquiry etc.)
  • Manage offsite documents deposit or retrieval.
  • Arrange and follow-up local /overseas couriers & posts.
  • Back up receptionist duty if required.
  • Assist department head on ad-hoc assignments.


  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar with MS Office applications & Chinese input
  • Able to perform tasks independently
  • Attention to details, responsible & organized
  • Good communication, interpersonal and language skills
  • Cheerful & helpful minded
