Job Titles: Administration Clerk - Kowloon Bay (5 days work)

 

Job Duties:

  • Perform full office administration duties including office maintenance, order stationery, trip arrangements, greeting clients, filing, handle incoming calls and etc
  • Assist in shipping matters if necessary
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or above in Secretarial Study or Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 years solid Administration experience or above in Trading industry
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willing to learn, detail-minded and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
