Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support in the day-to-day activities and various functional areas
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • Assist to coordinate meeting arrangements
  • Procurement and order follow up
  • Handle ad hoc project as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in related disciplines
  • Team player with ability to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Well organized, attention to details and willing to work under pressure
  • Good coordination skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English typing and Chinese
