Administration Clerk

Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administration support to the team
  • Coordinate/schedule meetings with internal/external parties
  • Assist to prepare regular reports; upkeeping, update and maintain filing system/payment records
  • Handle and follow up on documentation flow and execution
  • Handle internal and external communications/correspondence/memos
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • DSE/HKCEE or above
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, attentive to details, responsible and able to work within specific timeframe
  • A team player with positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good commands of both written and spoken English and Chinese
