To assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll Calculation, Leave & Attendance Record Maintenance, Policies Review, etc.
To maintain and update HRIS record
To provide all round office administration support, i.e. Travel Arrangement, Facilities Maintenance, Stationery Order, etc.
To prepare internal correspondence and different kinds of reports
To maintain the filing system for the department
To perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines
1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not a must
Familiar with Labour Ordinance and other related legislations of HK
Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Independent, responsible and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Work Location: Yuen Long
