Job Description

  • To assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll Calculation, Leave & Attendance Record Maintenance, Policies Review, etc.
  • To maintain and update HRIS record
  • To provide all round office administration support, i.e. Travel Arrangement, Facilities Maintenance, Stationery Order, etc.
  • To prepare internal correspondence and different kinds of reports
  • To maintain the filing system for the department
  • To perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines
  • 1 year of relevant experience is preferred but not a must
  • Familiar with Labour Ordinance and other related legislations of HK
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Work Location: Yuen Long

        * Fresh graduate will also be considered
