Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point-of-contact of Executive Office, handling incoming calls and emails in professional manner
  • Responsible for HR duties including recruitment arrangement, maintain HR database such as leaves record, attendance, and training
  • Provide administrative support including courier arrangement, data entry, maintenance and procurement of office supplies
  • Support Administration & Human Resources Manager with the implementation of HR policies and programs and staff activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management with university education highly preferable
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
  • Mature, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently 
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
