Administration Manager, Facilities Management (Reputable MNC)

  • Support the Director of Operations to carry out all administration works related to Service Providers performance management.
  • Participate in Smart Service Provider selection and contracting
  • Ensure Service Provider to provide qualified work force as stipulated and all maintenance plans are carried out on schedule
  • Define the work process with Service Provider on Maintenance and Operation procedures
  • Centralize management of all documents, certificates, as-built drawings, O&M manuals
  • Agree and consolidate the preventive, predictive maintenance plans from Service Provider
  • Manage all orders for corrective maintenance are recorded
  • Conduct regular meetings with Service Provider management to review performance
  • Drive all parties to meet and comply with the expectation of regulatory requirement
  • Establish a centralized system for asset and material control management
  • Measure the performance of Service Provider according to KPIs
  • Handle customer complaints related to the performance of the Service Provider
  • Conduct risk assessment to all facilities & systems and Prepare Business Continuity Plan


  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 8 years' experience in business administration, preferably in facilities planning, operation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of the current legislation, engineering design, practice on facilities management, building services, event technical support, contract law and other requirement related to event or exhibition
  • Good in organizing, data analysis, and formulating SOP
  • A self-motivated team player with good communication skills and presentations skills
