Our client, a famous F&B company is looking for the following talent to fill up the team

 

Job Description:

  • Provide secretarial support to top management and Japanese expatriates
  • Handling office administrative and clerical duties such as procurement of office supplies, insurance matters and coordination of contract-based services
  • Assist in payroll processing, MPF administration, tax reporting, and leave management, attendance and insurance
  • Implement and execute policies & procedures to achieve company standards and goals
  • Ad hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years administration experience preferred in Japanese company
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2/JLPT2)
  • Positive, self-motivated, independent and strategic thinking
  • Well organized, strong communication and negotiation skills

 

Package:

  • 5 days’ work
  • Salary: up to 35K (depends on experience)
  • Double pay & Bonus
  • Location: Tsuen Wan
