  • Assist in developing training strategy and action plan, implementing appropriate training and development initiatives to support the business growth
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs by collecting and analyzing training results and feedback, market trends and business needs
  • Arrange regular staff training and performance analysis
  • Co-ordinate and manage human resources related matters including but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff relations
  • Work closely with Company’s Human Resources Department and external agencies on the management of in-sourcing staff in order to ensure the compliance of related regulations and Company’s standard
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned 


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 3 year relevant experience preferably in banking/financial industry and handling human resources related matter
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
