Assist in developing training strategy and action plan, implementing appropriate training and development initiatives to support the business growth
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs by collecting and analyzing training results and feedback, market trends and business needs
Arrange regular staff training and performance analysis
Co-ordinate and manage human resources related matters including but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff relations
Work closely with Company’s Human Resources Department and external agencies on the management of in-sourcing staff in order to ensure the compliance of related regulations and Company’s standard
Prepare periodic HR reports for management review
Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
At least 3 year relevant experience preferably in banking/financial industry and handling human resources related matter
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
