Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for management and coordination for business conferences, offsite meeting, annual dinner, community services, and company events.
  • Develop, review, implement and improve administrative policies and procedure.
  • Assist office procurement and facilities maintenance plan.
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment in accordance to the approved budget plan and company procurement policy.
  • Assist in corporate administration budget planning, policy monitoring and implementation as well as ensuring its full compliance.
  • Other administrative ad hoc duties as assigned by Directors.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Management or related disciplines.
  • 10 years or above relevant experience in administration, preferably in MNC. At least 5 years of experience in managerial level.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is a must, fluent in Cantonese and English.
  • Willing to take responsibilities and commit to the Company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
